These terms apply to use of the M25 Construction website and to enquiries made through it.

Website information

We aim to keep service information accurate and current, but website content is general information and is not a binding quotation or contract.

Quotations and bookings

Prices, availability, scope and timescales are confirmed separately for each job. A quotation or booking is only final when agreed directly with M25 Construction. Emergency response times depend on location, workload, access and the nature of the work.

Customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, access and job details. Photos and descriptions may help us advise you, but an on-site assessment may still be required before final pricing or work begins.

Payments and additional work

Payment terms are agreed with you for the relevant job. Any additional work outside the agreed scope should be approved before it is carried out wherever reasonably practicable.
